Hi Zfam! I wrote a poem before and during the NC retreat last year. I thought I would keep working on it and give it a title but I've felt called to share it a couple of times despite not completing it. Now sharing it here feels right. I long to share my creative expressions with the Zpac tribe (poetry, music, intuitive movement), but my confidence has been affected by some struggles these past few years. I can see the light breaking into the opening of my shell though, and hopefully continue to see my self-expression grow because I know it can be an inspiration to others, just as other's expressions here/online/and at retreats have been inspiring to me. Thank you all for your presence here. 🙏
NO SCORE TO BE KEPT
NO KNOWLEDGE TO AMASS
NO SUMMATION OF EVENTS
CREATES ANOTHER
NO LINEAR PATH
NO CAUSE AND EFFECT
NO NEED TO PLACE WORTH
ON THIS OVER THAT
NO HIDDEN TREASURE
NO SOMEWHERE ELSE
NO MAYBE WHEN,
OR IF, OR THEN
ONLY HERE AND ONLY NOW
TO JUDGE AND DISDAIN OR
TO HOLD CLOSELY WITH EFFORT IS FUTILE
EACH MOMENT IS BORN
EACH MOMENT DIES
BUT LOVE IS LOUDER

The power of myth and ritual isn't lost in the patient-doctor relationship—it's embodied in the human touch in ways we don't fully understand.

Magical! A family day out in Edinburgh and as we walked into the big hall of the National Museum of Scotland my youngest caught his breath, "Oh! It's this place! I know this place! It's in my head quite often. I think about it but I didn't know it was here, I don't think I knew it was real"
❤️❤️❤️ Do you know that feeling? ❤️❤️❤️ Isn't it magical.
30 minutes later and he wanted to look at plastic slugs in gift shop but still, we had a moment 🤣
Oh and here's a pickled puss!
