Everyday this week this candy stripe red rose has unfurled a little more and every day I've thought - that is perfection and then the next day, oh, more perfect today! Attempting to measure perfection by daily degrees - just another perfectly pointless endeavor.

Another big thing this week. My son is getting married on Saturday. Here’s a sneak preview of the bridal party.
This is a big week for me. Just got back from United Access where I had my driving accommodations installed. Met my driving instructor there and he explained all the bells and whistles and we practiced a bit. Still had Doug drive it home. Not ready to take on the roads quite yet. In the meantime you’ll find me driving around the block learning to finesse the gas and brake with my hand. This took a long time to get done. So many steps along the way. Started this process right before AOL last November when I told my PCP I needed to stop driving. I’m so grateful I had the means and the wherewithal to do this.
