So, I had my first major exam today (ya I know, it’s fast) but this class actually is over next week. The final is on Monday. Anyways, I used to have terrible exam anxiety. I am actually not ready to use past tense with this but my reaction to the exam was so different compared to before. I still was feeling it in my body a lot but my mind was clear which made it so much easier to focus during the exam. 😊So although some parts of the past couple of years have been extremely painful, these times when I get to truly apply my practice are invaluable. ❤️❤️🙏🏻
