Looks like this is the official line for what's the best thing about the chicken pox vaccine for the UK...parents will be able to go to work. I just find that sad. Why not tell us what a nasty disease it can be, how it's not some right of passage for little ones, how they don't need to suffer it out now. I remember my little boy hurting with it when he was 2. It was horrible and if I'd been able to prevent it I totally would have.
In other news we are battling on with cucumber glut. Tonight we had Cucumber & Avocado Salad accompanied by a Cucumber & Mint Dip. We've eaten 5 cucumbers.
