I was doing a little research on Gotu Kola and found that it increased BDNF in mice. That’s all fine and dandy but the part that I found really interesting was while I know that BDNF stands for “brain derived neurotrophic factor”, for some reason my brain decided “butthole derived neurotoxic flatulence” sounded better… and that reminded me of Z (not the neurotoxic flatulence part 😂just that our brains work in similar, mysterious ways)
